Hailey Hartz (she/her) is a sophomore from Macomb, Michigan studying Computer Science in the College of Engineering. During her freshman year, Hailey worked as an intern for the Environmental Justice Policy Advisor. As an intern, Hailey collaborated with the Environmental Justice Commission and worked on projects including a CSG clothing drive, supporting increased composting access, and advocating for sustainability education. Hailey is eager to advocate for the needs of students and is excited to be in a role working with students. Hailey plans to focus on issues of accessibility and affordability within her role, but is also passionate about environmental justice.
