Practitioner's Handbook

The Practitioner's Handbook is a resource for parties, litigants, and the student body generally to help navigate the Court’s jurisdiction, procedures, precedents, and practices. The document contains a reproduction and explanation of Manual of Procedure provisions necessary for litigants or counsel to effectively perform their roles; an explanation of generally applicable precedents, doctrines, and background principles; and generally applicable advice for litigants and counsel. The Handbook is not a formally binding document.
