Allison Tate

Allison Tate is a junior at the University of Michigan's Ford School of Public Policy from Whitehall, MI, specializing in post-conflict reconstruction and peace conciliation. She currently serves as an Associate Justice on the Central Student Judiciary, following prior service in the Executive Branch from 2023 to 2025 as an intern to the Executive President and a member of the Policy and Government Affairs Committee. Beyond student government, Tate is a Diplomacy Lab Researcher with the U.S. Department of State and a Donia Human Rights Center Fellow, among her involvement in several student organizations. She aspires to pursue a career in international prosecution and plans to serve in the Peace Corps following graduation.

The Central Student Government (CSG) of the University of Michigan, are comprised of students of different backgrounds who have come together to serve our fellow students and the entire University of Michigan community.

Through our work and advocacy, we seek to encourage student civic engagement, give voice to student concerns, and enhance student welfare and the Michigan experience for everyone.

CSG is motivated by the belief that there is no deeper expression of commitment to our school than to work to improve Michigan so that it realizes its greatest potential.
