Kayla Moehn
Kayla Moehn is a PhD Candidate in the Neuroscience Graduate Program. Kayla was born and raised in the beautiful state of New Mexico and received bachelor’s degrees in Genetics & Biotechnology and Philosophy from New Mexico State University (NMSU). At NMSU, she served as a Justice on her student government’s Supreme Court! After matriculating at the University of Michigan, she joined Dr. Joshua Emrick's lab in the School of Dentistry where she studies pain. Kayla has been a Justice on CSJ since her first year and is thrilled to assist in leading the Court as Associate Chief Justice. In her free time, Kayla enjoys golfing, watching movies, and playing with her cats Dewey and Peanut Shell.
