Kayla Moehn

Kayla Moehn is a first-year graduate student pursuing her PhD in Neuroscience. Kayla was born and raised in the beautiful state of New Mexico and received bachelor’s degrees in Genetics & Biotechnology and Philosophy from New Mexico State University (NMSU). At NMSU, she served as a Justice of her student government’s Supreme Court and worked in a lab studying parakeet vocal learning! In her free time, Kayla enjoys watching movies, volunteering for the Trevor Project, and spending time with her cat, Dewey.
